How the pieces fit
The site and the downloader are two separate systems, which is why you can be reading this at all while downloads are failing.
- The website is plain files on a CDN. If you can see this page, it is working.
- The extractor is a separate service that talks to the platforms and streams files to you. It is the part checked above, and the part that can fail independently.
- The platforms themselves can also break, one at a time. TikTok can be down while Reddit is fine. The check above will show green in that case, because the fault is not ours — the error on the tool page will say which platform is refusing.
If a single download is failing
A green light above with one link still failing usually means the post was deleted, made private, or is recent enough that the platform has not finished processing it. The FAQ covers the common cases, and you can report it with the link if it looks wrong.
