Terms of Service

PasteAnyLink is a technical utility. When you submit a link, the Service requests the publicly accessible media file that the link refers to and makes it available to your device. That is the entirety of what it does.

We do not host, store, cache, archive, index, or make available any media content. We do not upload content, we do not select what content exists, and we do not maintain a library of anything. Files are transferred from the originating platform and are not retained by us afterwards.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the platforms the Service can process links from. All platform names, logos and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what the Service is compatible with.

You are solely responsible for what you submit to the Service and for what you do with anything you receive from it. You represent and warrant that, for every link you submit, you either own the content, hold the rights necessary to make the copy you are making, have the permission of the rights holder, or are acting within an exception or limitation to copyright that applies to you in your jurisdiction.

Copyright law differs substantially between countries. Some jurisdictions permit private copying for personal use; others do not. Determining what is lawful where you are is your responsibility, not ours, and nothing on this site should be read as advice that any particular use is permitted.

You agree not to use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, to redistribute or commercially exploit content you do not have rights to, to harass or defame any person, or to circumvent any technical protection measure.

You must not use the Service to access content that is private, restricted to particular users, protected by a password, protected by digital rights management, or otherwise not publicly available. The Service is built to refuse such content, and attempting to work around that is a breach of these terms.

You must not use automated systems to submit links at volume, attempt to overload or disrupt the Service, resell or rebrand access to it, or use it as infrastructure for another product without our written permission.

You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, or in any way that would cause us to violate the terms of any third-party service we rely on.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Platform compatibility depends entirely on how third-party platforms choose to serve their content, and they change that frequently and without notice. Any given platform may stop working at any time, permanently or temporarily.

We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may impose usage limits, and we may refuse service to any user or block any request at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable, or that any defect will be corrected. We make no representation about the legality of any particular use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our officers, employees, contractors or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, on any theory of liability, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PasteAnyLink and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

The Service may display advertising and may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, practices or policies. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and them.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a purchase after following them. This is disclosed at the point of each such link. It costs you nothing additional and does not affect what we recommend.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent substantive revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in full force.
